First two games of the league were played tonight. First game between Vaughn and myself was a very close defensive battle all the way through. There were very few prime scoring chances and most of the shots were forced from the outside. The penalties played the big factor in the game as I was able to score 2 powerplay goals to win 2-1.
The second game between n00bxQb and myself was close until the end when I was able to finally beat Luongo at the midpoint of the 3rd period. The game ended 3-0 and was a battle throughout.
